Green House Dallas Parks New Curfew Hours
By action of the City Council, the City of Dallas parks are now closed from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.. The park signs are being updated to reflect this change. When this has been done, the Dallas Police Department will be informed so that they can begin enforcement of the new park curfew. It will also be posted on the website at www.dallasparks.org.

There are exceptions to the ordinance so please refer to the ordinance posted on our website at www.dallasparks.org.

Starting in early 2011, AT&T U-Verse customers need only dial 311 to reach a customer service agent 24 hours a day for urgent calls and 6 am to 8 pm Monday through Friday for routine service requests. Until then, U-verse customers, please call 214-670-5111 to reach a 311 customer service agent.
