Biography: Councilmember Sheffie Kadane

Occupation: Elected Dallas City Councilmember for District 9 (June 2007); President of PICS Investment Company (1963 to present); Managing Partner of K-B Oil Company (1978 to present); Agent/Broker with Ebby Halliday (1995 to present).
